Fortean Poems

On my brother's suggestion, I've tokenized Charles Fort's The Book of the Damned. Here goes:

Sat May 23 13:26:02 2009

No further. I'm a tornado. The writer
doesn't specifically say that: scrapers, of
course often they're mixed up, like a cat and a
luminous train. The writer says it's all directions, horses
running away, the water were floating patches
of butter. Cells of an earthquake, it might be a datum:
the roofs of missionaries, of
something that should be higher: that light is reported, always
restricted by wreckage. The book
of writing, very likely to be published.

  1. Sweet. I love Fort; his Geneatrix theory to explain mysterious rains of objects to Earth is as good a description of art as any...
